I will not get my usual argument about the amount of One aim now compared previous years (good agreement, may only do so from), but my favorite Chicago deep dish is my Pi, on Clark near Diversey. This is not a chain, not have a reputation of great tourist interest, is simply stunning in the old Chicago pizza. For Calo I like thin crust on the north side of Andersonville. The restaurant is not very good and their other pizzas are great, but super thin crust is excellent. For stuffed pizza and I like Nancy Giordano.
