pizza dough flavors

There must be a pizza dough recipe that has more than flour, water, salt, yeast and oil. What is it?
I would like to find a pizza dough that has some flavor to it. Can you help me?
The easiest and best way to get flavor in the dough is to refrigerate it overnight .The process is called retarding the dough which does two things:
It allows slow fermentation to occur which creates this nice alcohol/sour flavor in the dough
It allows the gluten to relax which allows the dough to be stretched out w/o the rapid springing back property that fresh dough would have
Do not use corn meal or oil
Make -up on a peel and bake on a stone
