How to fix receding/thinning hair?
Ok I posted a question last year about my hair loss. I recently started taking vitamins (centrum) as well as a zinc supplement. from 2009 to 2010 I pretty much ate either fast food, or pizza. This is most likely the reason that I am loseing my hair. I now I am done with fast food and am trying to eat more healthy meals. I use this olive oil product on my hair along with special shampoo that is fortified with vitamins. I am 16 turning 17 and I want my hair back and never appreceated what I had befor and should have never let my self go. My lazy ass mom wont get me a dermatologist due to the fact that she has no car and is having problems with chip, so I need to know if what I am doing now with the vitamins ,zinc, healthier food and exercise will be enough to help my hair grow back. If not please give me advice ill link some picture. They are a little old only diffrence is I cut my hair short.
