pizza ingredients order

Can Papa John’s, with there “Better Ingredients,” stand up against Mom and Pop Shop?
Papa John’s better ingredients will do if I am ordering delivery, I think it’s the next best thing to the Mom and Pop pizzeria. I’d rather have Papa John’s than Pizza hut or Dominos I think their pizzas seem to be of better quality than Dominos or Pizza Hut. What do you think?
I have worked at a few different pizza places. I recently started working at Papa John’s and I was amazed at how fresh their ingredients are. I would say that Papa John’s would win over a mom a pop store since they can take advantage of economies of scale(they can buy bulk). Mom and pop stores likely would have to pay higher prices for the same quality. Papa John’s is VERY fresh!!!
