can you make pizza without a bread machine or any type of mixer?
trying make pizza but dont have any type of machine? HELP
Just mix with your hands. You’ll have to knead the dough the old fashioned way (as in before the industrial revolution). I do it all the time. Just let it rest after the first knead for about 1/2 hour, then form into pizza pan or cookie sheet with your hands. I put a little oil on the pan and top crust and it spreads out better plus is makes the crust crispy.
