how do i keep pizza from sticking to the wooden pizza paddle?
I want to slide the pizza off the paddle and onto the pizza stone (if it make any difference its ceramic pizza stone). I don’t wan’t the pizza to stick to the stone either.
Normaly I use parchment paper under the pizza but I am currently out of parchment paper (I ran out a while ago and forgot about it) :p
Also, do you have any suggestions on how to get the pizza from the pizza stone to the pizza padle.
Sprinkle a little corn meal onto your paddle. The pizza will slide off easily.
