What exactly WHEAT?
I know what bleached, unbleached, whole grain, enriched, but what is the wheat flour only. as list of ingredients or pizza WHEAT just says somthin? the list of ingredients for the pizza, or just say somthin WHEAT … Mean unbleached flour, or enriched or white? Not only wheat flour called somthin? Is it healthy for as wheat or whole grain? Im confused?
