Where can I find different sized portion cups for distributing pizza toppings?
Like the ones you use on a prep table so that toppings are not overused.
Ok maybe I should clarify. Not measuring cups that you use at home to make sure you get 2/3 of a cup of milk in your recipe correctly. I need cups that are a specific weight in ounces when filled completely so there is no room for interpretation by my dumbass employees. Also, tried cutting one to specs but the health inspector had a shitfit about it because ‘ you risk getting tiny shards of plastic in people’s food.’ Sorry, not trying to be a smartass just can’t believe I’m looking everywhere and haven’t found any yet. Thanks, sincerely, for your answers. I appreciate any input.
Just use measuring cups, or different sized plastic portion cups. Yes they are just called portion cups.
