How to disassemble a Roto-Flex pizza oven?
I just bought the equipment out of an Anthony’s Pizza restaurant. I’ve got everything out except the pizza oven. It’s a massive unit and very expensive. I don’t know where to start. Does anyone know of a user guide, or could anyone who has experience disassembling or assembling the unit give me some pointers on this?
