What is pizza without the crust, is there a specific name for it?
I enjoy preparing pizza, in bowls in place of putting the toppings on a crust. spooning the gooey yummy stuff onto chunks of fresh baked bread is both fun and delicious.
I was wondering if there were an italian name for it.
Its also faster to make, by combining your favorite “toppings” into a bowl of sauce, and zapping for a few minutes in the microwave.
Instead of drooling in front of the oven and hoping you don’t burn the whole thing, as is the case with a normal pizza.
If you ad the toppings in goopy hot yumminess, at least you can put it on your favorite warm bread. Unlike with some home pizzas, the crust isn’t always cooked through.
