I’m ordering a take-away tonight, and i’m having pizza. Preferbly 3-4 slices. what excercises could i do in the bedroom to burn off the fatts?
Sleep! Sleeping actually burns calories. Might not be as much as normal exercies but it will burn some fat. Plus, it’s only 3 slices of pizza. Don’t worry too much about it. Eat what you want! You only have one life to live, so live it up!
