So I decided to become vegetarian, I would like some recipes!?

I've been a vegetarian for nine years, but recently have begun to consider be a vegan. In my lifetime, I used to consume dairy products because the animal was not killed by it, then fine. Now I know better and know how sick the agricultural sector and does not want to support it. Does anyone have suggestions for different types of tofu I can buy? What should I avoid? What artificial eggs are called? Used vegan cooking? Do you have taste and cook the same way that eggs be? I know it will be difficult to become a vegetarian, but I respect it. Does anyone know vegetarian cookbook and any that may have recipes for things like ice cream, pizza and other foods like that? I'm not a big fan of strange vegetables such as aubergines and artichokes, I just want to eat the same food as now, but no animal products! Any suggestions would be Popular!

We have veggie burgers. I have a vegetarian cookbook Call Planet, which is wonderful! C. Also in the kitchen Bit skinny is really so. We do a lot of salads, tacos, burritos, tacos (with tempeh), fajitas tempeh, salad greens with corn, pinto beans, onions, cilantro, tomato and avocado (without dressing) is delicious vegan macaroni and cheese we like. We do not use any How much tofu. That's all disgusting. The mozzerella is not so bad if melted in a veggie burger. We bagel sandwiches with Tofutti and vegetables. My favorite!
