restaurant pizza crust recipe
Does anyone know how to make a pizza crust that taste’s like it came from a pizzaria?

I am in search of the perfect pizza crust. I have tried bread machine recipes, cookbook recipes and boxed recipes. None of them come out like pizza hut or any pizza place. They usually come out tasting like bread or biscuits. I want a crispy crust with a doughy center and chewy. I have even tried to buy dough at a pizza restaurant but they won’t sell it. Help

Add olive oil instead of vegetable oil and spread some ground corn flour on a pan before you bake it. You’ll; be surprised the diffearnace it makes. Works on any standard recipie. Also drizzle olive oil on top of your toppings.
