Who do I dispute charges with for an online pizza hut order I didn’t receive, b/c they were closed?
Last night I made an online order at pizzahut.com . I received a call from the local restaurant apologizing for not being able to process this order as they were closed. (Why would the site allow the order to be submitted to a closed location!) However, I see I’ve been charged for the order. Now it’s only in pending, so I’m wondering if it will eventually disappear…but would I dispute the charges with the local restaurant or pizzhut online?
Call the manager of the local restaurant.. He/she should take care of your problem immediately!
